SO, I wasn't planning on posting the big stuff until sometime in November, but I'm tired of beating around the bush when I post. I want to LET IT ALL OUT! SO, I will start with this past week end.
Sunday we left bright and early to go to Lake Zurich, Il to visit the the Mercer/Truex families. Baby Blake Truex was being dedicated at church that morning, and we all wanted to see it... AND meet Blake! So Mark, Lauren, Brandon, Kyle and I packed up at 7:40am and drove straight to their church... a couple stops along the way, and one final stop at Starbucks where we bump into Travis and Alisha! After the dedication we went out to lunch with everyone...Here are some pics of the dedication service... If I can figure out video, I'll post what I have.

One day last week, and maybe one day the week before, i don't recall, Brandon's cousin Erin came over and brought her beautiful daughter, Kennedy. They are from Canada and These two had a blast!

CONGRATS!! my sister is due with twins April 15th, lots of spring babies on the way! Was this planned or by accident? Either way it's exciting, and I'm happy for you guys!

ReplyDeleteLauren, thank you for being excited! Alisha, thank you for the congrats, and as far as we know, there is only one babe (thank goodness!) but yay for your sister! No, it was in way at all, planned by us. And Sandy, I agree with you that God has planned this pregnancy. I did tell him I wanted twins, I didn't mean "Irish Twins" and after I found out, I also told him, "God, I know you have a sense of humor, but I don't find this funny." I think he laughed at me. :o)
