I can't believe its been a month already!

And almost two at that! Life has been crazy busy lately! As you know March 20 we had little Emma Cristine, who sleeps really well!!! Huge Blessing. She also eats from her mama!!! HUGE blessing! And Kyle just absolutely adores her... blessing, but sometimes its not the easiest thing.

Ky tries to pick Emma up when she is crying, or shoves her paci in varies places on her face... her eye, her nose, her cheek, her forehead, her ear... when he doesn't succeed he takes it himself. He also tries to soothe her by sharing his bottle. This is a problem, but he is trying oh so hard to be very helpful!

I'm pretty proud of myself, because I have only 9.5 lbs to lose to be back to my pre-PRE-pregnancy weight. Thanks to nursing! :o) I know I will have to do the rest myself, but right now, I feel good about myself! I have some pics I would like to upload, but they  have yet to be downloaded to the computer. SO, I will post what you have, most likely, already seen on facebook.

Before I do that, I will also quickly update you on some events. Kyle turned 1 and had not 1, not 2, not even 3, but 4 celebrations! He had a cake all to himself the weekend Emma was born, then he had a cake all to himself the day after his 1st birthday! He enjoyed being sang to, and diving right in to those cakes!




We got his 1 year pics taken a month late, and Emma's 1 month pics taken at the same time. These are the ones I'd love to add to the blog, but have yet to get them onto the computer. Kyle has met many girls since the last time I have written and has hugged each and every one of them. :o) My little guy is such a flirt. He is also babbling sooooo much more. BUT no real words are coming out...yet. Josh and Lisa came over today and they brought with them Kyle's new T-Rex rocker! He likes it... he thinks.

Emma is, well, a newborn. Though she is sweet and adorable, I don't have a lot to write about her personality, it has yet to be seen. HOWEVER, I do think she will be a talker, poor Ky, because she tries to squeak out noises now. SO far, she is best at crying for her noises. She is trying to conquer smiling, but mostly does it when she has gas! Ha!
