This week end, for the 4th, we had a cookout with friends, my parents and Brandon's parents. That was on Saturday. Sunday, we had a chill day with my side of the family during the day, then made a trip to gas city to visit Brandon's Uncle Jon, and cousins Mackenzie and Dustin. They were at the Okes, so we were visiting with them as well. We stayed the night and spent most of the day with them on Monday then went straight to my dad's parent's house to spend more time with my family. Kyle had a fun, busy week end! He got to try being a pool (HATED it), and also got to play with a kitten, which I didn't get pics of, but he wasn't very interested in it anyway, and he met Hershey and Cody, the Okes, and Brandon's uncle and cousins. Little guy has been so tuckered out these past few days, he's been whiny, eating, and sleeping. Except for the whiny part, I'll take it! ;o) He really is a good babe though!
Yesterday afternoon/evening, as well as today, Brandon and I went car shopping. We found a decent deal on a 2000 Nissan Maxima, and bought it! We go back tomorrow to pick it up, since Brandon had to get to work we didn't have time to do all the paperwork! Yay, I got my very own car! :o) Ok, its a family car, and we are sharing it, but still, a "new" car is just so exciting, our first real big purchase as a married couple and family!
